Q. Do I have to come in to pay my rent?
A. No, you can use the Automatic Payment Option, or you can call in your credit card details.

Q. Is my rent due the first of every month?
A. Your bill is due on your anniversary date, if you moved in on the 10th, your bill would be due on the 10th of every month.

Q. Do you provide any storage for business?
A. Yes we do. We can also provide Commercial Grade racking for document storage at discount prices.

Q. Do you have any unique storage capabilities?
A. Yes, we have several garages available (you could store a vehicle) we also have a 750 ft² area with dedicated access for commercial use.

Q. I noticed you have Private Mailboxes, what’s the benefit verses a Post Office Box?
A. The advantages are many, please review the Benefits Document.

Q. Do I have to be a storage customer to use the UPS shipping services?
A. Anyone can take advantage of our packaging and shipping services.

Q. What is the minimum time period I can rent for?
A. A one month commitment is all that is necessary.

Q. Can I fill out the paperwork before I come in?
A. Yes, you can download the Sign-Up Form and complete before your visit.
